The surgery could with atccorating bur the service is very good. I always get a smile.

Thank you for your feedback. Improvements to the surgery are planned as part of the business refurbishment schedule. Building and decorating upgrades are ongoing and will hopefully be completed this year

Everything is good. Its hard to get as soon as possible appointment and there is no emergency were for the surgery.

Thank you for your feedback. The surgery can offer same day appointments, however, you may have to wait a little longer to see the Doctor of your choice. No GP surgeries have emergency phone numbers. You just dial the routine surgery number and are transferred through to the Out of hours services.

All cure given to me at this surgery by the GP practise.
Nurses and reception staff is very good. My doctor keeps me in the know and listens to me when I am unwell and worrying.
The practice nurse is fabulous, like the girls that work reception and administering duties.
my Dr NWA for is excellent in my opinion and I feel lucky.
